- It's not much better, but I've created two different login.cmd's. One is
- login.cmd the other is loginh.cmd. We have separate numbers to dial for 14.4
- and 9600. Obviously the 14.4 is more popular and harder to get through on.
- So if I'm in no hurry or not planning to transfer files, I just go with 9600.
-
- There will be much better scripting allowing you to have a script dial
- multiple numbers or redial in the near future. Peter is working on rewriting
- the script language. If you want the latest read news at
- petros.psychol.utas.edu.au. That's Peter's news server and has Trumpet
- specific news groups.

- Subject: New QVT/net version...
-
- Hey all... just scoping out the WUarchive uploads section, and noticed
- a new QVT/net, version 3.97, hanging around there. Since my last
- version was 3.94, I have no real idea about what is new with 3.97 that
- was not around in 3.96; the differences between it and 3.94 seem to be
- small, as well. (New features, like printing and syncronous/async net
- operation are there, though.)
-
- Take a look... and have fun!

- Subject: Dial script of Trumpet WinSock
-
- Hi, there:
-
- I use internal SLIP of Trumpet WinSock to connect our Terminal Server.
- It works very well, but sometimes the line # written in login.cmd is busy.
- Then, I must edit login.cmd to change phone #. Is there a better way?
-
- Thanx for your help!
-
- Rux.
